The British Columbia Canadian International School is a growing community and we look forward to a staff increase each year. We are now in the process of staffing for the 2008-2009 school year.
The curriculum taught at the B.C.C.I.S is from the Ministry of Education of British Columbia. Because of this we are proud to say that all KG2 through grade 12 teaching staff must be eligible to become a member of British Columbia of Teachers (www.bcct.ca).
We anticipate vacancies in the following areas:
Classroom teachers for Primary Grades (Kindergarten through grade 3)
Classroom teachers for Intermediate Grades (Grades 4 through 7)
Elementary and Secondary French
Secondary School Specialty Areas
Math
Science
English
Band
Information Technology
Physical Education
We will also be looking to increase the number of Classroom Assistants for Preschool, KG1, and secondary school academic support
